Clover

In a cradle of feathers and soft forest thread, A Mossling lies dreaming in an owl woven bed. Her hair glows green like the first spring light, A shimmer of moss in the hush of night. She sleeps with two eggs tucked close at her side, Her nest siblings kept in the hollow to hide. The Owl Mother watched her with wings open wide, Till the forest agreed she was ready to glide. But Mosslings don’t wake till a guardian is near— A heart full of kindness, a whisper to hear. So she waits in her nest, wrapped in magic and rest, For the human who loves her to hold her and bless. Adopt her with gentleness, promise her care, And one day she’ll open her moss shimmered stare. For a fairy awakens when love settles in— And her Dreaming Season can finally begin.
